How Your Support Powers Our Entire School
This fundraising campaign isn't just for "extras", it funds the entire ACEC budget that makes our school the special place it is. Our district has made a 5% funding cut to all elementary schools, leaving us with an even larger gap to fill. Every dollar you contribute goes directly toward:
š Field Trips & Experiences
Your donations fund ALL of our field trips throughout the year, tentatively including:
- Mulberry Lane, PAC, Apple Creek YMCA (Kindergarten)
- Mosquito Hill, Museum at the Castle, The Grand in Oshkosh, Heckrodt (E1)
- 6th Grade Camp, BizTown, Capitol/Madison, Barlow Planetarium (E2)
š Family & Community Events (PTA Budget)
- Back to School Night, Fall Fest, Skate Night, Heckrodt Family Night
- Staff appreciation activities, conference meals for our staff, family activity nights
š Everything Else That Makes Alliance Special
Simply put: This campaign funds what makes Alliance Charter Elementary the amazing school our children love.
Two Goals, One Community Mission
We're asking every family to help us achieve both goals this year:
Goal #1 - Financial: Raise $20,000 to fully fund our school budget
Goal #2 - Participation: Have at least 75% of families contribute, regardless of amount contributed
When our school families all pitch in, whether it's $5, $10, $50, or $150, we show our children what community truly means. It's not about the size of your gift; it's about being part of something bigger together. With 185 families, if each one contributes an average of $110, we'll reach our goal!
Employer Matching = Double Impact! š°š°
Don't forget: Since ACEC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, many employers will match your donation dollar-for-dollar. That $100 donation becomes $200! Check with your HR department about your company's matching gift program; it's an easy way to maximize your impact.
How to Contribute
Venmo (Preferred): Visit https://account.venmo.com/u/Neenah-ACEC or use the QR code below. Please include your child's name and "2026-2027 Fundraiser" in the note. If your gift is $500 or greater, we kindly ask that you send a check rather than Venmo due to processing fees.
Checks or Cash: Send to the school office. Make checks payable to "ACEC" with "2026-2027 Fundraiser" in the memo line.
