From the Principal
 Welcome to Alliance Charter Elementary School. At Alliance Charter, we are dedicated to meeting the needs of every learner through the Montessori method, a child-centered approach to learning developed by Maria Montessori. This method emphasizes self-directed learning, hands-on activities, and collaborative work within a prepared environment. Montessori schools aim to foster independence, creativity, and a love of learning in students. ACES staff believe learning is enhanced when students communicate, demonstrate, and apply their knowledge in a variety of realistic, creative, and constructive ways to students, staff, family members, and guests of various cultures and backgrounds. We also believe education is a shared responsibility among our students, staff, administration, caregivers, and Neenah community. We are so very fortunate to have a dedicated group of caregivers who contribute their time and talent to support our school through school activities, fundraising, serving on our Governance Council or attending the Council's monthly meetings. Caregiver involvement in classroom activities is highly encouraged and appreciated. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Education from UW-Oshkosh and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Marian University. I taught Kindergarten for 25 years for the Ripon Area School District and was the Principal at Chain Exploration Center and 4K Coordinator for the School District of Waupaca for 5 years. I am passionate about providing a high quality educational experience with unique learning opportunities. Throughout my career, my goal has always been to provide an amazing educational experience for every child in the way that fits that child best.
